The Breakfast + Lunch + Reset is our flagship plan, and it’s a healthy, plant-based diet plan. It’s comprised of Breakfast, Lunch, and Soup Cleanse, designed to reduce calories and improve satiety & nutrition. What Arrives Every Week:

How do I Edit My Plan to Add Breakfasts?

If you would like to edit your plan, please note our cut-off times to be sure that you aren’t too late to make changes for this week’s delivery. For Wednesday deliveries, you must make changes by 7am ET on Friday. For Friday deliveries, you must make changes by 7am ET on Monday.

To make changes:

  • Log-in to your account.
  • Click on My Plan.
  • Select Edit Plan under My Plan on the left-hand side.
  • Select your new mealtimes.
  • Under Delivery Day select Friday or Wednesday.
  • Scroll to the bottom and select Save Changes.

How do I Thaw My Smoothies?

Your smoothies will arrive with you cold, partially frozen, or frozen. Open your delivery when you receive it and follow these instructions:

  • Put smoothies in the fridge to thaw for 12–24 hours.
  • Shake until ice crystals disappear.
  • Sip it up!

How do Your Smoothies Stay Fresh?

Our smoothies are made in small-batches with fresh, whole fruits and vegetables, and are High Pressure Processed to extend shelf life and maintain nutritional properties of the raw ingredients. This non-thermal process does not cook the ingredients or expose them to any heat: the bottles are simply pressurised at cold temperatures to kill potentially harmful pathogens. This preserves the natural nutritional value and flavor of all the raw ingredients.

This process keeps our smoothies fresher for longer, and gets them to your door hassle-free. We never use any fillers or preservatives.

How Long Do the Smoothies Stay Fresh For?

All our Smoothies last in the fridge for one week and in the freezer for one month.

Are Your Smoothies Actually Raw?

Yes. Our smoothies and their ingredients are not exposed to heat during their production. Our smoothies are High Pressure Processed, which is a non-thermal process that kills potentially harmful pathogens, but preserves the natural nutritional value and flavor of the raw ingredients.

I Have a Tree Nut Allergy — Can I Have Smoothies?

All of our healthy pre-made smoothies contain tree nuts. If you have an allergy, unfortunately, the plans including Breakfast are not for you. Stay tuned as we are work to create recipes that are tree-nut free!

What’s the Sugar Content of the Smoothies?

We work with a registered dietitian to ensure low sugar in all of our products: each serving contains no more than 8 grams of sugar.

Can I Customize My Menu?

Yes, you can edit your menu. Please note our cut-off times for each week’s delivery. For Wednesday deliveries, you must make changes by 7am ET on Friday. For Friday deliveries, you must make changes by 7am ET on Monday.

To edit your menu:

  • Log-in to your account.
  • Click on My Plan.
  • Locate the week you would like to customize and select Edit Menu on the right side of that bar. You can edit the menu three weeks in advance.
  • Select Remove Meal for specific item you would not like to receive.
  • Select Request Meal for meal you would like to substitute.
  • For a flavor profile, click on any meal to view the ingredients and nutritional information.
  • Menu will not Save until you have selected all items.

1. First and foremost, no action is required of you. We’ve introduced Breakfast, and changed some names around to simplify things. But if you’re totally content, feel free to keep on keepin’ on.

2. The Swap has a new name. It’s now called Lunch. Apart from its new name, it’s exactly the same.

3. The Program has a new name! It’s now simply known as Lunch + Cleanse.

4. We’ve made Breakfast! You can read about Breakfast here.

5. The Cleanse is exactly the same.

6. And thus, the most popular meal plan is born. It consists of Breakfast + Lunch + Cleanse.

7. If you want to make changes to your current Weekly Deliveries to alter the meals you receive, follow these steps:

  • Log-in to your account.
  • Click on My Plan.
  • Select Edit Plan under My Plan on the left-hand side.
  • Select your new mealtimes.
  • Under Delivery Day select Friday or Wednesday.
  • Scroll to the bottom and select Save Changes.

Please note our cut-off times: for Wednesday delivery you must make any changes by 7am ET on Friday. For Friday delivery you must make any changes by 7am ET on Monday.

8. Prepay & Schedule customer? If you’d like to include Breakfasts, please contact us and we will assist you.

What about Dinner?

We like to encourage some freedom to experiment at dinnertime. Also, we know that many enjoy eating out or preparing a special meal with family and friends. Our tips?
